Terms and Conditions
Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions of sale to which you are bound when using the “MINISHIRTS” online store. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall apply to your use of the “MINISHIRTS” Online Store and all purchases you make through it. This is a non-binding, machine-assisted translation of the original binding document and is only used to ease readability to non-Spanish speakers. The binding document can be found here or by changing the language to Spanish.
These Terms will govern the contractual relationship between you. and MINISHIRTS SL a company with registered office at Calle Atenas 11 – 41089 – Montequinto – Seville registered in the Commercial Register of Seville, volume 6272, Folio 119, sheet SE111372, Inscription 1a, and C.I.F. B-90289299 (hereinafter referred to as “MINISHIRTS”, the “Operator”, or “we”).

Purchase of MINISHIRTS Products
The prices indicated on the screen:
- They include shipping costs.
- They are reflected in euros.
- Taxes include: VAT.
Criteria for placing orders:
You can only buy products:
Make them available for sale and whose details appear in MINISHIRTS; with delivery in Spain or the rest of the world; and intended for personal use, either your own or that of the recipients for which you purchase the products. MINISHIRTS reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole choice (for example, when it considers that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold by means other than distribution channels authorized by MINISHIRTS).
The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified in MINISHIRTS. MINISHIRTS will take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products displayed on its website are correct. While we will try by all means within our power to keep the MINISHIRTS store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified, at any given time, may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.
Placing Purchase Orders for Products and Concluding the Contract of Sale:
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, those products will be included in the shopping cart.
You will click on the “PROCEED TO PURCHASE” button to access the page where you will be asked for your personal data that you must complete to place the order.
At the end of the order summary page, you will need to click on the “place order” button for us to receive a binding order.
Once you have clicked the “place order” button, we will obtain an authorization from your credit or debit card bank for the amount indicated on the order summary page. At this point in the process, we will not withdraw funds from your card, although the available balance on your card will be reduced with authorization. This process is the usual procedure followed by banks. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed.
MINISHIRTS will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your product order, which does not constitute an automatic acceptance by us of your order.
MINISHIRTS will send you a second e-mail accepting your order for products and confirming that the products you have ordered will be sent to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).
You and MINISHIRTS will have entered into a contract for the sale of the products ordered by you once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and in any case, when you receive the aforementioned products.
The contract of sale will be concluded in Spanish.
The text of the contract of sale will be included in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and will be stored by MINISHIRTS.
MINISHIRTS may reject, at its sole choice, the processing of the order, or not proceed with such processing, in the following cases, without limitation:
- When the product ordered by you has ceased to be manufactured or is not available;
- When your credit or debit card bank does not authorize payment of the purchase;
- When you do not meet the criteria, for placing orders, specified at the beginning of this section.
In this case, MINISHIRTS will notify the consumer of what happened, and will proceed to the return of the entire purchase immediately.
Once the purchase has been made and at the time of shipment, MINISHIRTS will send the Buyer User to the billing address indicated the corresponding invoice. The order confirmation will not be valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
Conditions of Delivery
The delivery conditions are those set out in this document.
A maximum order execution period of 15 calendar days is established from the conclusion of the contract.
The order will be delivered in place indicated by the User in the form, (not valid as a place of delivery the PO Boxes or public places) and in the selected time slot. Previously, the Portal will analyze whether there is delivery availability in the indicated zip code and propose only the available delivery strips.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, except holidays (domestic, local or regional), within a maximum period of 7 working days from the order confirmation.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of orders or for products not delivered where due to cases of force majeure, understood as such the non-culpable events impossible to foresee or that being foreseeable, were inevitable.
Terms of Payment
You can pay with your bank card (credit or debit card). The charge on your bank card will be made at the conclusion of the contract of sale.
Payment by credit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is carried out in encrypted form through a bank validation server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, so your credit card number and expiration date are instantly encrypted on your computer before being sent by the SSL protocol. No one will be able to use your data without your authorization, as the information is illegible. For added security, this data is not stored on our server, so you must provide us with all the information with each new order.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay card.
MINISHIRTS reserves the right to ask any user to justify payment of their order and/or identify themselves by providing telematics of any personal document proving their identity and address.
Return and Cancellation of order
The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order indicated below will apply without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Orders may not be cancelled, you can consult your right of withdrawal.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES
You may (1) change your products, or (2) obtain a full refund if the products in your order are damaged or have defects once received, or if the products you receive are not the ones you originally ordered.
When you change damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will send replacement items to you free of charge as long as you have previously returned the products of the order to us in the state in which you received them.
If you decide to return damaged or defective products, or receive an incorrect order, we will refund everything you have paid, i.e. The total purchase price plus shipping costs that have been applied to your shipment if any.
To do this, we will need you to return the products in perfect condition and the delivery documentation of your order. If you do not return the products to us, we will not proceed to pay the amount of the products.
You can return your products, along with delivery documentation, by mailing them. Please note that this documentation is required to benefit from the free return. Also note that stores may accept the return of damaged products, or incorrect orders, but will not make changes for products other than those purchased through the website; but through our Customer Service you would be refunded the money of your return.
Your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
The estimated time for your refund will be 14 days.
Mailing must be done through our transport agency, to do so gather the Delivery documentation (What to send to “customer service”: email@example.com):
- Collection data (Name, Address, pick-up time)
- Identify the Order Number
- Detail of the products you want to return
- Reason for return.
It may take up to 7 days to receive your shipment.
The returned items will be processed within five (5) working days of receipt.
Be sure to package the products correctly; if they arrive damaged (as results of the return shipment), we will not be able to process your return.
For the collection of your defective order, you can contact our customer service support and we will notify the carrier for collection. Remember that we will refund the amount of these procedures when we manage your return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, in the event of a sales contract: ‘that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods’;
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, your full address and, if you have them, your telephone number and your email address, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email. You can use the withdrawal form model, although its use is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive form of ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund, We may withhold the refund until you have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return thereof, depending on which condition is met first.
Without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract you must deliver or send the goods to the address indicated below. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if it makes the return of the goods before the end of that period. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods and you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the characteristics of the goods.

The refund of your money will be made by the same payment method that you used when placing your order.
The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 5 working days (please note that depending on your bank this period may be longer) since we have received the products from your return.
MINISHIRTS reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the service provided through MINISHIRTS (or any part thereof) with or without notice. MINISHIRTS shall not be liable to you or other third parties for such modification or cancellation; and/or if, despite the modification of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Terms of Delivery, you continue to use the service provided through MINISHIRTS (or any part thereof) upon such modification, you will be deemed to have agreed to such change. You will be responsible for checking the Terms regularly in order to determine if any changes have occurred. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the MINISIRTS service.
In the event that MINISHIRTS modifies these Terms, your order will be subject to the Terms in effect on the date and time you placed your order. You can request a copy of the current version of the Terms via e-mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event that any part of the Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or unforceable, the provision concerned shall be deemed to have been removed, with the remaining provisions of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions being fully in force.
The contract of sale concluded between you and our company will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the place where your domicile is located.
